Lobby freezers policy

  1. There are three freezers available, all of which are located at the far end of the ground floor lobby from the main entrance, near the kitchen and restrooms. 

  2. Items may be stored in the freezers as long as they are labeled with:

    • Resident's name
    • Room number
    • Current Date

    FREE freezer tape and a marker is hanging on the cabinet near the freezers, or you can find the same at the front desk

  3. The freezers are not intended for long-term storage. Items that are more than 2 months old or not labeled properly will be removed from the freezers without notice. 

  4. Please be sure that the freezer door is closed completely – leaving the door open causes damage to everyone's food.

  5. The Warehouse freezers are for the use of Warehouse residents only. 

  6. Food stored in the freezers is at the owner's own risk. The Warehouse is not responsible for stored items AND we are unable to reimburse residents for damage or loss.
